At this time, shipping is offered to Canada and the United States only, but if you live outside these areas and would love to own one of our pieces, email us and we’ll try to help!
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Damages, Defects and Other Issues
Carefully inspect your order upon receipt; should it be found to be defective or damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, let us know immediately so that we might assess the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable (such as masks and scrub caps) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and as such all sales on these items are final. Please contact us however, if you have questions or concerns about your order.
Exchanges
The best means of exchanging an eligible item, is to first return the initial item and to then purchase a new item separately. Any item you'd like to exchange must be in its original condition, undamaged and unworn.
Refunds
To begin the refund process on an eligible product, send us an email via our Contact Page or gleesonsdesigns@gmail.com. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, therefore it’s recommended that you ensure that you’ve received a tracking number for the shipment.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you to advise on the status of your refund. When your refund is approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
